Here is a collection of webites, healers, healing places, healing activities, teachers, teachings and anything else that I have found to increase the quality of my life. You are welcome to investigate what may work for you. I would be interested in hearing any feedback you may have on the resources I've included here and to hear of anything you use or have found to help make your life outstanding.
This, like me, is a work-in-progress. I plan to have this page be dynamic and reflect where my attention has been or may what to be directed. Please check back in the future to see what I may have added or changed.
Breathwork
Christian de la Huerta is my breathwork teacher and mentor. He is the author of the book Coming Out Spiritually, the Next Step and is currently working on his second book, Soulful Power. Chritian is also a speaker, workshop faciltator and retreat creator and leader. Christian's Website
Leonard Orr is recognized as the father of modern Rebirthing. I attended his 9 day training in May '08 and will be attending again in June '09. Leonard's site is a bit challenging to navigate and there is little conventional about the man. His interests include Physical Immortality and establishing private monetary systems. Leonard's Website
Sara Dawn is a beautiful spirit that I met at Leonard's 9 day training. Her webite has lots of great information and audio recordings of interviews with breathworkers from around the world. Sara Dawn's Website
Spirituality
In November of 2006, I began attending the San Francisco Spiritual Enrichment Center, a Science of Mind center. The belief system is metaphsyical and says that God or Universal Consciousness or Intelligence or Love (all names for the same Thing) is everywhere present. I am in my second year of studies to become a Licensed Practitioner. San Francisco CenterInternational Center
Self Care
If you're in San Francisco and need some time for cleansing of your mind, body and spirit, I highly recommend Kabuki Springs and Spa located in Japantown. This is a communal style Japanese bathhouse with wet and dry sauna, heated pool, cold plunge pool and plenty of beautiful teak furniture in an oasis setting. Kabuki Website
