For the fourth year I am joining my teacher, Christian for a week long Breathwork Retreat at a private conference facility on the island of Moloka'i.  This has become the highlight of my year.  As well a creating lasting friendships, I have had the privilege of witnessing and assisting people in changing the way they look at themselves and the world.  This is truly life affirming work in a setting that has a place in my heart.
